So exciting that you are thinking of purchasing an item at Toaie! When you place an order, we first do a little happy dance, before packing your treasures carefully. It normally takes around 3-5 business days, depending on the chosen dance routine of course, for your order to arrive.
Every item is packed with the greatest care, should you be so unlucky to receive a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours, as we cannot take any action after this time limit.
The shipping costs are 4.25 EUR,
including a track & trace code.
When you order above 60 EUR,
the shipping is free.

When you live in Amsterdam, there is also the option to pick up your order, saving you shipping costs. Chose the option "pick up in Amsterdam" at checkout.
RETURNPOLICY
Should you, which we cannot believe, not be happy with an item, you have a right to return it within 14 days after receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted if not worn, not damaged and in their original packaging.

The jewellery has to be in its original jewellery box. Returns without this form or original jewellery box cannot be accepted. You can use the original shipping box to avoid damaging the product during sending.

As we are a small company with a core value "buy less and mindfully", please note that the costs to return the item to us will be for you. This is to avoid "mass-shopping", whenever you are in doubt, you can always send us an email with your questions/doubts. It is advisable to use a track & trace code for any return shipping, as any loss or damage of the item during shipping is under your responsibility.
